URGENT TSA SECURITY UPDATE

Dear Valued Customers,

Effective immediately, Associated Global Systems has been granted an exemption from the new Transportation Security Administration (TSA) mandate requiring AGS to obtain government issued photo identification or other forms of ID upon acceptance of cargo from our customers.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you as these requirements were not unique to Associated Global Systems, but to the entire air forwarding industry. Unfortunately, we were not permitted under TSA Security Regulations and our Indirect Air Carrier Standard Security Program to share the exact details of these new security directives.

We will continue to work closely with the TSA as they review and revise the air cargo security programs and will keep you advised of any future changes that may affect your business. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we all try to work together to ensure aviation safety.
