Packages and pallets 100 pounds and over. Delivery between any two zip codes in the country; often same day or early next day. Charges are door-to-door up to 20 miles from an airport; add $2.75 a mile for beyond or $20.00 cwt (whichever is higher) and $75.00 or $20.00 cwt (whichever is higher) for beyond pickup or delivery after business hours, weekends and holidays.
