
Curing A Logistics Headache.
The Problem:
A large consumer electronics company needed to demonstrate its service superiority during the critical first year warranty period.
The Solution:
AGS implemented a logistics program that allowed same day replacement delivery and installation of 17-inch and 21-inch TV monitors in 100 major markets. New monitors were stored in three airport depots with Next Flight Out service. The manufacturer was connected online to AGS call centers. Result: Delivery and set-up were available within six hours of a call. Upon delivery, AGS couriers set up and tested the new monitors, returned defective ones and verified warranties.
The Results:
Satisfaction all around. AGS proved it could do "Whatever It Takes." |
