Associated Global Systems Announces Rate Changes for 2002.

After holding the line on pricing for nearly three years, Associated
Global Systems will increase domestic general tariff rates an average
of 4.0 percent on January 7, 2002.
Over
the past three years, AGS has made significant progress in integrating
technology enhancements into all aspects of our business. The resulting
improvements in efficiency and productivity have allowed us to more
effectively manage our cost structure and provide our customers
with a stable price level for 34 months.
